Some surprising survey data explored here… Or is it? While many are still gaga over apps, many of my colleagues and I have agreed that there will be an inevitable swing back to mobile web, especially with the advent of HTML 5. This is now the panel question of the season: Apps or Mobile Web? This question has been answered well already, so I won’t bore you. Naturally, the answer is much more subtle and client/objective-specific than a multiple choice answer. As always, audience insight can’t be overlooked…Not all mobile acts the same way nor do all mobile users.
